You can gain additional exposure for your booth
and lines by advertising in the show directory. And, if you buy an
ad in the directory, you’ll receive a FREE ad of the same
proportion in the pre-show Planner, which is mailed out to
pre-registered buyers in advance of the show.

The Exhibitor Marketing Kit includes a

special you’ve got planned for the show . We’ll include this

Complete the VIP customer form
included in the Exhibitor Marketing Kit identifying your 10 best
customers. We’ll make sure they receive all show mailings as well
as a phone call extending a personal invitation to the show.
CUSTOMER LIST REQUEST
In addition to the VIP campaign, we
want to make sure we’re reaching ALL your customers with our
marketing messages. So PLEASE send us your customer lists to add to
our show mailing list.

FREE FREIGHT FRIDAY
— As another traffic-builder, we want to promote the show opening
day as Free Freight Friday. As part of the promotion, participating
exhibitors will waive freight charges from orders written on Friday,
January 10.
